The project aims to support Greek artists and organisations willing to develop their activities beyond the border. During the project, the participants examine what the international collaborations mean and contain, and face the ethical, social and environmental dimensions of collaborating in a global world.
Through an open call, 15 Greek artists and organisations will be selected to participate in an annual mentoring process, tailored to the personal needs of each one. The project takes place through a series of personal and group meetings with the mentors. Three fundamental principles permeate the project: a deeper understanding of the global environment, a tailored approach to the participants’ needs and the team spirit.
Finally, the topics that will be analysed during the mentoring process concern tours and promotion strategies abroad, collaborations in the framework of long-term projects and programs funded by the European Commission, opportunities for interconnection through European cultural networks, as well as ethical issues regarding international collaborations and green mobility.
