A few words about My Wet Calvin
My Wet Calvin were founded in 2004 and became known for their inventive performances in unusual venues such as the “Parnassos” Literary Society, the rooftop of the “Broadway” cinema, often in their original production, whilst they have participated in festivals and tours in Greece, London, Vienna and Edinburgh.
In May 2020 they released the 11-minute long composition ” Chamomile”, that they performed at the Chaidari park between Iera Odos and Athinon Avenue in September 2020, in one of the few concerts that took place with an audience before the second lockdown.
My Wet Calvin’s artistic style ranges from the DIY post punk culture, as it was formed in the late 70’s, to the shoegaze and dream pop scene of the 90’s with a deep sense of a visuality with situational origins.
