An international meeting dedicated to cultural professionals with invited speakers from 13 countries, Mystery_56  Culture 2030 Meeting returns to Elefsina, between November 10 and 13, curated by Kelly Diapouli, at the Elefsina-West Attica Labor Center (EKEDA), the X- Bowling Art Center and 7 more venues around Elefsina. An important legacy program of 2023 Eleusis European Capital of Culture, it is a 4-day celebration dedicated to Arts and Culture, open to all, and a unique networking opportunity, with the participation of international theorists, artists and cultural professionals, from Lebanon to Denmark, as well as representatives of local government and residents and visitors of the city. Preservation is required (here) due to the limited number of available spots until November 5.

Mystery_56  Culture 2030 Meeting, in its third edition, is developed around three basic axes: the mission of art and culture, the values that guide their practices and the well-being of the communities in which they are developed. Aiming at showcasing the connections between contemporary art and the everyday life of a city and its communities, the programme is developed around the themes of artistic citizenship, the art of sociability and the cultural development of cities and communities.

Mystery_56  Culture 2030 Meeting returns, first of all creating a natural meeting place for Greek and foreign cultural professionals—from Lebanon, the Netherlands, Romania, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Portugal, Cyprus, Poland, Serbia, Germany, France and Denmark—representatives of European institutions, artists, cultural managers, theorists, institutional bodies from the Municipalities of Attica and the wider region, as well as for all citizens interested in the cultural development of the region, arts and culture.

The Meeting’s programme includes 13 working groups and the same number of artistic projects, spread throughout the city, as well as independent events, walks, gaming and other actions that have been created through a process of collaboration and co-creation between artists, different communities in Elefsina and other parts of the world. Throughout the 4 days of the event, there will be experiential actions introducing visitors to the character and communities of Elefsina, as well as networking meetings with the action’s guest speakers. Lastly, and for the first time, the “Open Space,” a place of inspiration and networking, will be open for participants to showcase their activities. Limited number of spots available. Pre-reservation required here until November 5.
