OPEN CALL: Fabrikage

OPEN CALL

About the project:

Fabrikage is a multimedia exhibition that is going to be shown in three cities: Timișoara (RO), Ajka (HU) and Elefsina (GR). The show aims at highlighting the often-overlooked industrial heritage and the way industry has shaped the society and eco-systems in the three cities.

Through this open call, the curatorial team is seeking proposals for photos or videos that relate to industry and its socio-cultural impact on the cities around them. Each artist has to submit one proposal, accompanied by a portfolio and a CV.

The person submitting the artworks is responsible for clearing all rights to the content of the work relevant to the artworks’ use by the exhibition organizers.

There will be a prize of 250 EUR for the selected finalist from each city.

The exhibition will take place in Timișoara in June 2024, then in Ajka and Elefsina (dates TBA).

Submit your proposals here: fabrikageopencall@gmail.com

Deadline 20th March, 12 midnight (CET)
