Eleusis 2021 European Capital of Culture and Athens Digital Arts Festival invite you on Friday, July 14, 2017, at 21:30 to join the ADAF On Tour 2017 | #PostFuture to be held at Iroon Square in Eleusis.
ADAF On Tour 2017 | #PostFuture offers to the residents and visitors of Eleusis the opportunity to get in touch with one of the most dynamic forms of contemporary art and culture, thus promoting digital culture through a free, integrated programme.
During its futuristic trip, it makes a stop in Eleusis, featuring the interactive augmented reality installation (AR+) “Prosthetic Reality Book”, which allows each artwork to come to life with animation and sound, and a compilation of selected video art screenings under the theme of #PostFuture.
A temporary open-air cinema will be staged in Eleusis, featuring a specially crafted art collection, Video Art & Animation, titled #PostFuture Screenings.
The activities are taking place admission free with the support of the Regional Operational Programme “Attiki” 2014-2020 and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
From 29 March to 8 April, 2023 Eleusis European Capital of Culture presents in the foyer of Cine Eleusis Cultural Centre Mystery 178 Collecting flowers with her girlfriends, an exhibition dedicated to the flora of the Archaeological Site of Elefsina, created by the artist Violeta Diamanti-Meletiou and the teacher Irini Yovanou.
From April 13th to April 16th, 2023 Eleusis European Capital of Culture presents an exhibition with artistic creations by Nicoletta Granitsa (aka Magemeli, a name that is inspired by the “alchemical” society of bees), under the title: Mystery 197 Paper World – A Letter to Eleusis, at the Canteen – Art Hub.
