The 2023 Eleusis team visited Cluj, Romania, as part of the Culture Next Mobility Programme.
During the visit, the representatives met the Cluj Cultural Centre team, participated in the Eurocities annual conference and the city’s events, and visited cultural venues, gaining valuable experiences. The purpose of the visit was to explore different management and governance models, as well as different funding and management models for cultural venues.
The Cluj Cultural Centre is a non-governmental organization for culture and sustainable development, managing the legacy of the city’s candidacy for the title of European Capital of Culture 2021, implementing an interdisciplinary programme to address the strategic challenges of society.
