Eleanna Georgiou is a Cultural Events Communications Manager. She is a graduate of the Athens School of Philosophy (Department of FrenchLanguage and Literature) and holds a Master’s degree in Comparative Literature (D.E.A. Etudes françaises, francophones et comparées, Michel de Montaigne University, France). Since 2008, she has collaborated with cultural organizations such as the theatres PORTA, Pallas, D. Horn, Sfendoni, Choros, skrow, Epi Kolono, Sychrono theatre, with the Athens & Epidaurus Festival, the Municipal Regional Theatre of Kalamata, the Artistic Network of Performing Arts Kinitirias, the Animasyros International Animation Festival, as well as with educational institutions such as the Goethe Institute, the French Institute of Greece, etc. She has also worked as a Program Manager, Communication and Fundraising Manager in human rights organizations (Amnesty International, Hellenic Center for the Promotion of Volunteerism), environmental organisations (MEDASSET), and in the literary magazine DIAVAZO. She is Head of Press Office of 2023 Eleusis European Capital of Culture since January 2021.
