The Board of Directors of “Eleusis 2021 S.A.” met on Monday, May 8th 2017 at 17:00, to decide, inter alia, on the CEO election, after taking into account Deloitte’s proposal. After three rounds of consultation, Ms Maria Philippi was appointed Chief Executive Officer with seven (7) votes in favour of her and two (2) votes in favour of another candidate. The official minutes of the meeting, as well as a detailed report of the whole process will be soon available.
