For an INVITATION TO TENDER to delegate tasks to a Human Resources (HR) company to be responsible for the selection of the Executive Director (CEO) of “ELEFSINA 2021 S.A.”, as described in no. 27433 / 27.12.2016 notice.
The contest will be held at the City Hall of Elefsina, located in 41st Hatzidaki & Dimitros str , before the Evaluation Committee, on Wednesday, February 1st, 2017 and Thursday, February 2nd, 2017. The deadline for submitting tenders is defined the 27th January 2017 at 16:30 (end time delivery of tenders). If for any reason, the contest is postponed, it will be held the next day.
The indicative expenditure budgeted, amounts to EUR 13893.00, including VAT 24%. Interested parties may submit sealed written tenders, at the City Hall of Elefsina 2nd floor (Mayor’s Office) until Friday, January 27, 2017, 16:30, in person or through an authorized representative, or send their tender by post, to the City Hall of Elefsina. In the case of sending the offer by post, it should be made by registered letter, and the date of the postmark is considered as the date of filing.
Natural or legal persons engaged in activities on the subject of the competition are accepted. Tenders must cover the whole of the work to be done. The competition will be conducted and the work assigned will be done in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 4412/2016: Public Works Contracts, Public Supply Contracts and Public Service Contracts (adaptation to the directives 2014/24/EU and 2014/25/EU) and specifically those of the Article 118 for direct procurement of supplies and services.
