Ex Nihilo, an international group of dancers and interdisciplinary artists, visited Elefsina from December 8 to 13 as part of their work-in-progress project titled “L’Envers d’ici.” The purpose of the visit, supported by 2023 Eleusis, was to collect video and photographic material from unique locations in the city, which will form a body of spaces to be integrated into the repertoire of images for the project’s future presentations. The locations visited by the group, which served as sources of inspiration and artistic exploration, included ARKOPOLIS, the port of Elefsina, VLYCHA – Ship Graveyard and the former IRIS factory.
