The following assessments record the main aspects of the panel\u2019s deliberations. In the case of Elefsina recommendations are made both in their assessment and later in the report to assist their transition from candidate to implementation.<\/p>\n<p>You can find the Selection target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the bid books of all the 14 Greek Candidate Cities for the ECoC 2021 title\u00a0(Corfu, Delphi, Eleusis, Ioannina, Kalamata, Larissa, Lesvos, Messolonghi, Piraeus, Rhodes, Salamis, Samos, Tripoli, Volos) have been published by the Ministry of Culture and can be found\u00a0<strong><a
