For the fourth consecutive year, Eleusis becomes a field of study and collaboration as the Attican School of Ancient Drama, a ten-day summer urban camp based on ancient drama is held these days in Eleusis and are involving students and teachers from different countries. The results of the workshops are presented each evening, with free admission for the citizens and the visitors of the city.<\/p>\n

\n

More specifically, the Baumstrasse is collaborating with the municipality of Eleusis for the creation of the Attican School of Ancient Drama that has been presented from 1rst to 10th July at the Old Oil Mill Factory with parallel events of Greek and foreign artists.<\/p>\n

The continuous study and presentation of the three great tragic poets\u2019 work is one of the main axes of the artistic work of Attican School of Ancient Drama under the guidance of Martha Frintzila.<\/p>\n

The choice of working on the ancient drama is directly related to the language and the place where the team members are living and creating.<\/p>\n

The aim of the group is the establishment of a strong institution with an international orientation for the study of ancient drama not only in theory but in all stages of the performance\u2019s preparation.<\/p>\n
