Are you a resident of Elefsina?<\/h4>\n

Do you want to see your city change?<\/h4>\n

By answering just three questions, you can choose themes, content, and locations, and become part of the creation of two digital tools specifically designed for Elefsina as part of the European research project HeritACT.<\/p>\n

These tools focus on the use of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) and, with the help of portable devices, present digital content that is not otherwise accessible.<\/p>\n

What is HeritACT?<\/h4>\n

As part of the HeritACT project, the solutions aim to develop new ways to address contemporary challenges surrounding sustainability, well-being, and inclusive participation in cities. These small-scale solutions stand out for their innovative nature and are implemented in the three European pilot cities of the project: Elefsina (Greece), Milan (Italy), and County Mayo-Ballina (Ireland), tailored to the unique characteristics and needs of each.<\/p>\n

This collaboration involves 2023 Eleusis, the Municipality of Elefsina, the University of the Aegean and the University of Patras, the cultural production & management company MENTOR, and 10 other partners from Italy, Ireland, Spain, and Belgium.<\/p>\n

The project is funded by the European Union under the Horizon-CL2-2022-HERITAGE-01 program (Research and innovation on cultural heritage and CCIs \u2013 2022).<\/h4>\n
