The film\u00a0 tracks the <\/span>kevezou <\/span><\/i>Ms Parthena\u00a0 during the festival, while we\u00a0 also witness the relationship that\u00a0 develops between her and the\u00a0 director, as they overcome (or\u00a0 not) their differences, exchange <\/span>experiences, opinions, and <\/span>sometimes even glances.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The documentary <\/span>Here Again <\/span><\/i>is a\u00a0 portrait of the wetland of Vourkari\u00a0 in Megara through the everyday\u00a0 moments of people who live or\u00a0 work there. By interweaving everyday moments with our protagonist\u2019s story, the film tries to describe the banality of this evil. <\/span>Mothers of Daughters <\/span><\/i>transcends the boundaries of documentary filmmaking by seeking poetically and sensitively to find imagery for this incredible story, that could happen to any of us.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n A tight-knit group of five Syrian\u00a0 women decide to undertake a\u00a0 radical project: producing a play that\u00a0 exposes the culture of misogyny\u00a0 and sexual abuse that has plagued\u00a0 the lives of women in the country\u00a0 for generations. Farah, Eliana,\u00a0 Inana, Souhir, and Grace want to\u00a0 denounce female oppression, but\u00a0 they know that their production will\u00a0 bring them even greater obstacles\u00a0 to finding work. From the\u00a0 colourful mosaic of Elefsina to the\u00a0 rural communities of Aspropyrgos\u00a0 and the manufacturing centres\u00a0 of Megara, a network of\u00a0mystae\u00a0<\/i>[initiates] began to set up and\u00a0 operate in West Attica. These are\u00a0 some of the most defining moments\u00a0 in their formation, always committed\u00a0 \u2013 and therefore decisive \u2013\u00a0to the\u00a0realisation of the artistic vision of\u00a0 2023 Eleusis.<\/p>\n Some of the most renowned and\u00a0 acclaimed contemporary creators\u00a0 came to Elefsina, experienced the\u00a0\u00a0energy of the place, and presented\u00a0 their works as confessions of this\u00a0 experience.
